Mad Maxine Goes Over the Deep End: Wants Congress to Remove President Trump

Maxine Waters can always be relied on for comic relief. During a week when Democrats want to convince the public that they are just like the rest of us, Waters gushes forth with a move that proves just how INSANE she and the rest of her party has become.

Water’s latest ridiculous effort (try not to laugh): Congress can remove President Trump without impeachment.

What passes for reasoning in the head of this superannuated hack goes like this, “The President of the United States of America is unbelievably divisive… This is a president that is the most deplorable human being that I have ever encountered in my life. And he’s undermining our democracy.”

Say what?

Then she doubled down, “I believe that it is time for Section 4 of Amendment 25 to be put in place and his cabinet should send to Nancy Pelosi, the speaker, as identified in the Constitution, that this man should be removed from office.”

Does she want hearings? No.

“I don’t think a hearing is enough. I think that we need to go directly to the courts and try to get an injunction against any more movements by him.”

Someone needs to help Mad Maxine adjust the bunny ears in her aluminum foil receiver helmet. The Trump derangement voices appear to have overcome her ability to stay calm.

After a Xanax or twelve, then maybe one of her handlers can loosen her straight jacket buckles a bit and remind her exactly what the U.S. Constitution says. She got the section right, but her wishful thinking overcame her view of reality.

OK, Ms. Waters, please pay attention. Here’s what the Constitution actually says: “Whenever the Vice President and a majority of (his cabinet) transmit to the…Senate and Speaker of the House…their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President…”

The article goes on to detail how the President can reassume the office and how Congress gets involved in resolving disputes. Long story short, it would take a two-thirds vote of both houses to keep the President from reassuming the office he was elected to serve.

So, let’s get this straight: Maxine Waters, one of the most partisan, corrupt, and venal U.S. Representatives ever wants us to believe that because President Trump is “divisive,” he needs to be removed from office—based on her egregious misinterpretation of the Constitution and the demented idea that a federal judge could somehow be part of the process.

OK, Maxine, what are your chances? Will Vice President Pence call a secret meeting of the cabinet and declare one of the most effective and successful Presidents ever, unfit for office? What are the chances that either two-thirds of the House or Senate would vote to throw the President out of office?

OK, we get it Maxine. You’re batshit crazy. But we appreciate having you around. You’re a hybrid of Moms Mabley and Phyllis Diller and a reminder that the two bland pieces of work your party are running for President and Vice President are just pretending to be normal.

You remind us how the Democrat Party has, since Barack Obama, abandoned normal working people in favor of identity politics.  Otherwise, why would a person’s gender and race be the first criteria for high office? Dr. King would be ashamed, because the content of your character is that you are just…a ridiculous character.
