Obama Judge Forced to Dismiss Charges Against Michael Flynn

Troubling facts emerged that the case against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn was a premeditated attempt to entrap him after he left the Obama-Biden administration to join the Trump Campaign.

Meeting notes from former FBI agent Peter Strzok reveal that Obama and Biden orchestrated the attack, and they charged the FBI with carrying it out. Both Obama and Biden have denied this. But when the U.S. Department of Justice moved to dismiss the charges, a radicalized judge effectively appointed himself prosecutor in an attempt to convict General Flynn. Now, everyday Americans understand how the previous administration tainted the judicial system by flooding it with left-wing activists posing as impartial judges.

District Judge Emmet Sullivan, appointed by disgraced ex-President Bill Clinton, gained substantial notoriety in Democrat circles after fielding the Flynn case. His stagnant tenure on the federal D.C. Circuit bench had not changed in 26 years. The Flynn case provided him with an opportunity to potentially secure a promotion should a Democrat win the White House in November. That pipe dream came crashing down when U.S. Attorney William Barr purged the DOJ of Deep State operatives and dropped the charges.

In a move that turned the notion of impartial judges on its head, Judge Sullivan refused to dismiss the charges. The DOJ pointed out that without the charges, there is no case and the judge has no alternative but to end the persecution. Sullivan pivoted and ordered third-party briefs filed by anti-Trump sources, all of whom wrote stinging rebukes.

While the DOJ was forced to go over his head and seek a judgment from the D.C. Court of Appeals, Sullivan was effectively judge, jury, and prosecutor. The Appeals court instructed Judge Sullivan to return to the rule of law and approve the DOJ and defendant’s motion to dismiss.

“It is ORDERED that Flynn’s petition for a writ of mandamus be granted in part; the District Court is directed to grant the government’s Rule 48(a) motion to dismiss; and the District Court’s order appointing an amicus is hereby vacated as moot, in accordance with the opinion of the court filed herein this date,” Appeals Court Judge Neomi Rao states in her majority opinion. “(T)his is plainly not the rare case where further judicial inquiry is warranted. To begin with, Flynn agrees with the government’s motion to dismiss, and there has been no allegation that the motion reflects prosecutorial harassment. Additionally, the government’s motion includes an extensive discussion of newly discovered evidence casting Flynn’s guilt into doubt.”

While Flynn’s exoneration stands as a victory for justice, the abuse of power by Obama-appointed investigators, Deep State operatives, and biased judges highlights a frightening reality. The previous administration inserted more than 300 politicians posing as judges into the judiciary. Sullivan and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals are among those with the most reckless disregard for the truth.

If it were not for President Trump empowering U.S. Attorney General Barr to clean up the FBI, DOJ, and other systems that were hijacked, Flynn would be rotting in a jail cell right now. His attorney praised AG Barr for transparency and releasing information Democrat investigators and prosecutors unlawfully hid from Flynn’s previous attorney.

“We appreciate the integrity and professionalism of the Department of Justice that produced the exculpatory evidence that has been hidden for years, and the prosecutors stepping forward to dismiss a case that never should have been brought,” attorney Sidney Powell reportedly said.

To date, President Trump has appointed upwards of 200 impartial judges in an effort to reform the system. This may very well end up being his legacy.
