The Weather Channel is Pushing Climate Scare Propaganda

If you’ve been paying attention over the last four years, you won’t be surprised to learn the Weather Channel has entered the political scaremongering game. After all, if you want to keep people glued to a weather forecasting channel, what better way to do it than to toe the line for political hacks who want you to believe that the sky is falling?

The same people that bring you, drenched reporters, leaning into the wind as they try to speak loudly enough to be heard over the sound of palm fronds flying by are trying to sell you the death of planet Earth, and on any Democrat candidate they can. It represents a new low for an organization that portends to be an authority on whether or not you should put on a sweater.

The 30-second ad spot for the special was more or less a montage of quotes from the recent Democrat debates- with a soundtrack that should play in the background of a summer action flick.

In other words, The Weather Channel is now officially backing the Democratic party. If you watched the debates- first off you have our sympathies- but if you watched them then you know that the discussion on climate change was not anything near a debate. It was a competition to see who would ratchet up the rhetoric to the most frenzied tone.

Bernie Sanders kicked on the scaremongering with this uncritical statement, “I don’t want to be in a position 20 years from now to have our grandchildren say to us ‘you knew what was going on, the scientists told you, and you did nothing.”

Then Pete Buttigieg chimed in about how climate change keeps him up at night, something none of us believe for a second.

After that Pocahontas Warren said, “As people lose access to water, they will become climate refugees… and it’s true all around the world.”

You might be noticing a trend. Each candidate has to sound more afraid than the last, more willing to go to extremes than the last. That is the nature of the Democrat party. It is, and always has been, about who can seem more excited about some issue either real or imagined than the last. And we know that there have never been any real results from anyone in their party.

If we have enjoyed better civil rights, it has been because of changes in the culture, not because of the hand wringing of disingenuous liberal progressives. As the legendary Andrew Breitbart famously said, “Politics is downstream from culture.” Not the other way around.

Next in line was the wall-eyed Cory Booker, who said, “[…] incentivizing what is right, not only renewable energy, but incentivizing farmers to do cover crops and things that pull carbon from the air.”

Surely you’re noticing that as they go on, each is expressing more of a willingness to hijack the economy in the name of climate fear.

Then, the scourge of Oakland California’s black community- the former, brutal prosecutor, Kamala Harris repeated the statements of the U.N., confirming that she is the most radical when it comes to climate- the most willing to steal public money in the name of crippling our economy.

Remember, the plan to scare the public over climate change was drafted over half a century ago, long before anyone had ambitions of predicting global weather trends. It is about putting public money into private hands.

Watch The Weather Channel’s apocalypse propaganda video below and judge for yourself how political they have become.
