Establishment media outlets continue to force a Joe Biden win down the public’s throat because they know Democrats broke the rules, and a recent Pennsylvania lawsuit brought by the Trump Campaign proves it.
President Donald Trump refuses to concede the election until every legal ballot is counted, and voter fraud lawsuits are resolved in the courts. A judge recently ruled that Pennsylvania’s Democrat Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar broke the law by extending the voting deadline when she saw Biden was trailing. Boockvar extended the deadline three days past the election for largely Democrat strongholds for first-time voters to produce identification.
Trump 2020 lawyer Matt Morgan reportedly said the ruling “supported our continued assertion that the secretary of state continues to play fast and loose with statutory deadlines and has done so throughout this entire election.”
Pennsylvania has been a hotbed of voter irregularity controversy as left-wing officials and biased judges tried to stack the deck in Joe Biden’s favor. Democrat judges made last-minute changes to how voting laws were to be applied. The move was clearly meant to improve their chances of winning seats in Congress and the White House. Republicans challenged the alterations. That case was brought to the U.S. Supreme Court in the eleventh hour with conservative justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito Jr., and Neil M. Gorsuch, declining to take up the case, but urged Democrat leaders to stop their partisan acting or else they would consider taking up the case after the election.
“The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has issued a decree that squarely alters an important statutory provision enacted by the Pennsylvania legislature pursuant to its authority under the Constitution of the United States to make rules governing the conduct of elections for federal office,” Justice Alito reportedly wrote. “I reluctantly conclude that there is simply not enough time at this late date to decide the question before the election. Although the court denies the motion to expedite,” the petition “remains before us.”
What Justice Alito is saying in laymen’s terms is the political activists posing as impartial judges made new law from the bench to help their party win an election. The recent Trump Campaign lawsuit victory will likely head to the U.S. Supreme Court with this action. Legal experts predict that undocumented votes will be set aside based on Pennsylvania’s election laws.
While the recent court victory would result in only a modest number of illegal votes being rejected, Justice Alito has also ordered the state to separate thousands of votes that may not have complied with state law. Those would be the ones the left-wing judge hoped would skew the state’s 20 electoral college votes away from Pres. Trump.
Unofficial projections by the liberal-leaning associated press indicate that Biden leads President Trump in the state by approximately 60,000 votes, or less than 1 percent. More than a week after Election Day, the state’s polling stations still have not released a final count. The number of late-arriving votes that have been separated reportedly exceeds 102,000 and appear to have been accepted after election day from mostly liberal areas. Both cases, as well as other Pennsylvania lawsuits, could be fast-tracked to the U.S. Supreme Court, who could end up ultimately decided the winner of this election.
With newly-appointed Justice Amy Coney Barrett joining the high court, many believe the unconstitutional and illegal voting that transpired in Pennsylvania will be struck down. Should Pres. Trump prevail in his legal challenges, the door could be cracked for him to secure the 20 electoral votes and establish a pathway to a second term. Remember Arizona, with their 11 electoral votes, hasn’t declared a winner yet. And Trump was just declared the winner in North Caroline and Alaska, giving him another 18 electoral votes. Trump lost Georgia (16 electoral votes) by less than 15,000 votes and state officials just agreed to do a recount. Trump is not out of this race yet. If he wins all of those states he wins reelection.
Regardless of whether he prevails, everyday Americans got a front-row seat to witness how far Democrats and their partisan judges will go to game the system.
Mail-in votes should never be allowed.

I have been a poll worker for 30 years and found it rather odd that this year, with a shortage of workers, in spite of contacts about six times, I was NOT called to work…Every other election I have been BEGGED to work. DUH Ivan. I am a conservative and have been a poll worker for 30 years – although not in the 2020 election. ALL workers MUST go through training EVERY TIME they serve because laws they must be aware of are always changing. Those of us who have been doing this a long time, KNOW that (every one I’ve had to attend at least) that the trainers have an exact “script” to follow. It is NOT the training – it is the integrity of the individual who has applied to be a worker. BTW – it’s NOT volunteer – all are paid – not much but ARE paid. If you have a problem with any part of it – YOU get busy and do the work – but realize that you will probably start at the BOTTOM of the task list…to prove yourself capable! AND PLEASE understand – NOT ALL poll workers are tainted.

Absolutely no more mail in votes-this should be made into law for ALL states and laws to never allow a party to alter it. This new law needs to be dug down deep, deep rooted and as many possibilities for voter fraud placed on the table barring it. Felony penalties must be set for anyone who participates with voter fraud without any type of immunity. All persons to be accountable. Additionally, must have laws prohibiting any favoritism, bias, and any type of monetary affiliation/support of a political party candidate with any local, state or federal post office where voting occurs and is counted. It is entirely crooked with Seattle just find more mail in votes each election, until they get enough to win It has became very public since Gregor and Rossi, a Republican ran for office in the Young Bush years. Actually it was going on before that. e have four counties that are blue that control all the State. Snohomish, (I Everett,) King (Seattle), Peirce, (Tacoma)., and Thurston (Olympia). If POTUS prevails and does not concede then the 12th amendment comes into play ….. which is the 37 US Republican States will cast their ballots, 1 ballot per state and The the President has to win by 2/3 majority…. which is still good, as the Democrat states only add up to 13 states!!!! The 2/3 majority put him over the 13 states that are Democrat states….. it has happened twice before and both in the 19th century …. I am adamant about this whole scenario…. when Gore challenged Bush and only one state was involved….FLORIDA…. and we waited for 37 days …. but Gore conceded…. whereas the evidence stacked against the result of this election involves 7 states folks…. the votes should be all recounted in 6 states as GA is voluntarily recounting ballots!!!! Georgia is counting ‘again’ and the margin is ‘slim’!! Mich and Wis are under investigation of their ‘voting machines’ by the FBI! The citizens of three counties are filing a Fed lawsuit demanding that ballots set aside, be thrown out. If they prevail, Trump will win by a landslide! These are Dem counties and chances of succeeding are ‘slim’. Still, the ‘winds of change’ are picking up strength!! Trump supporters are rising up across the nation! I agree that no mailing votes should never be cause it is subject to cause such chaos , such as it caused, easy way to cheat and steal votes , people don’t have problems standing in lines to get a good deal at a super market or on blacklist Friday at Christmas time so why would they have a problem standing in line to vote , (Stand up for your rights ) Mail in voting should never be.
Mail in voting is for people who can’t stand in line for long periods of time, thats me. I have medical issues and that allows me to do mail in vote just like if you went out of country as do our veterans, thats me too again?
You, and others like you, would need to request an absentee ballot. It would be your responsibility to make sure it is received before the polls close on voting day. Or, you could bring a folding chair along to sit while you wait in line.
You’re right, Lorene. ‘Absentee’ ballots are available with identification. This providing whole-sale ‘mail-in’ ballots is not acceptable. I also believe people are confusing ‘mail-in’ ballots with ‘absentee ballots’. There is a ‘world’ of difference. Mail-in ballots were provided without consideration of who they were going to. Many included people who had moved with no forwarding address and, even, people who had died. It also provided ballots to people who are illegal immigrants. They do not have voting privileges–or shouldn’t have! This contributed whole-sale to the ‘mess’ we see before us!
I cannot either but we voted early in person. No long line and took less than 15 minutes. If you had a medical problem they would bring it to your car. We always vote early and in person.
Again it is absentee ballots that is a Requested by the Voter…. not simply a “Mail-in” ballot. There are differences. Also with the Absentee Ballot. They would have ALL been required to be received by a specific date PRIOR to the Election Day and NONE of this Treachery would have been about those VOTES -IF handled legally and correctly. There is no doubt corruption can be found but I look at the issue differently. The dems completed mail in votes and had people sign the form. This is legal but I would like to do a survey and ask the simple question who they voted for. We might be surprised they would not be able to remember. Only thing that I can say ” Be Careful What You ask for”. Another point I would like to make. The Dems did not beat Trump, the Tec Company’s, TV Stations, Journalist (if you want to call them that), and ill informed people. CNN, MSN and NBC never told the public about Trump’s accomplishments. I totally agree with you. I was glad to see increased interest rates on CD,s, It’s not his fault that the corona virus hit. It’s not just the U S that’s being affected so why would America target and lay blame on President Trump. Why couldn’t they see that right now people are just trying to survive, they don’t care about the other bills. They just want their electric bill paid. All legal absentee ballots sent to the Supervisor of Election to county and you can follow your vote… must be mailed and FAXED .. . Depending on state … next time voting make sure we are not registered in any other state than the one we live in and no more VOTING MACHINES… paper ballots and counted BY HAND…. this elections had servers in Spain that shut down …. no wonder the Democrats and their Media buddies were so positive Biden would win without leaving his basement.,,. Why are States accepting ballots AFTER Election day? I can’t vote after the polls close, isn’t accepting ballots after election day simply the act of allowing people to vote after the polls have closed? I mean how hard is it to figure out that Joe Biden was losing and then mail a whole bunch of Joe Biden ballots? What I really want to know is how many of the ballots accepted after election day ONLY had a vote for the Office of President? It is a LOT more work for a person who is cheating to fill out the entire ballot. THIS is an excellent way to spot illegal ballots. The other is duplicate votes. The real vote probably filled out the entire ballot while the fraud only votes for President or President and possibly Senate Officials. It’s worth a look!
