People living in Santiago, Chile say that it was a beautiful day on October 18. The sun was out, the birds were singing. It was a great day for lunch in the park.
Chile is the most stable, prosperous and peaceful nation to the south of America in this hemisphere. The people are friendly, the scenery is beautiful, and drinking the water won’t give you diarrhea or make you hallucinate. Out of all the countries to our south where you’d expect a civil war to break out at any moment, Chile would have been the last choice. At least, that’s what everyone thought at lunchtime on October 18.
By nightfall that day, there were tanks in the streets. Seven of the largest cities in Chile were on fire and 19 people were dead. Life in Santiago became hell on earth in just a few hours.
No one saw this coming in Chile. The government imposed a new climate tax on the people, raising subway fares by 30 pesos, or about $0.04 cents USD, per ride, on October 18. Thousands of people took to the streets and started setting public transportation vehicles on fire.
Things still haven’t settled down. The US State Department has issued a Level 2 travel advisory for Chile as of this writing. The schools are closed. The lines in grocery stores are insanely long. Tons of people can’t get to work because it’s not safe to go out. There’s a nighttime curfew in place.
The $0.04 cent fare increase was obviously not the main catalyst for Chile to suddenly descend into total chaos. That was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. The point is that no one saw this coming in Chile. Certainly, none of the elites saw it coming. Santiago went from lunchtime in the park to tanks in the street in the blink of an eye.
Which brings us to the impeachment circus happening in DC right now. Are the elites truly so blind that they cannot see a Chile situation happening here?
There is no scenario in which the elites will be removing Donald Trump from office via impeachment. That would require 67 votes in the Senate. Even if Utah’s greatest embarrassment, Senator Pierre Delecto, sides with the Democrats, Donald Trump is not going anywhere.
It’s now clear that the elites and the Democrat Party will not stop until they remove Donald Trump from office. The Russian collusion hoax that consumed Washington, DC for more than two years was supposed to lead to impeachment. Instead, a sad, doddering and elderly Robert Mueller, who makes Joe Biden look like a spring chicken, failed to deliver the goods.
The elites are infuriated that all of us pesky voters in America decided to say “No thanks” to their program and elected Donald Trump as our president. They’re going to undo the 2016 election by hook or by crook, to prevent us from making the same “mistake” in 2020.
Which leads to the real point of this article: What are they going to try to do to us after impeachment fails?
Pelosi is expecting to hold a vote and impeach the president before the end of 2019. When the Senate refuses to convict him and remove him from office, what will their next insane move be?
And they are obviously insane. In 2018, Rasmussen Reports found that 31% of voters believe we’re headed toward a second civil war within the next five years. That number should have shocked the elites in Washington and made them step back from the abyss. But here we are.
And in the current year of 2019, the Washington Examiner and Georgetown University polled voters and found that 67% believe we’re headed for a second civil war.
Democrats running for president in 2020 are openly hostile to a majority of the American people. They’ve all declared that they’re going to punish us good and hard for our mistake of sending Donald Trump to Washington. They’re going to take our guns away, impose climate taxes on us and force us to pay for illegal alien health care after throwing the borders wide open.
If you think that what happened in Chile could not happen here, just look around. The economy is humming, the troops are coming home from Syria, the wall is being built – and half of the people hate the other half so much that no political compromise will ever be possible again.
